10 tasks a Lifestyle Concierge can do for you during lock-down

1.       Review your utility providers

We will look at your current provider, your tariff expiry date and cost of usage and run a comparison to see whether you are overpaying on your bills.

2.       Research and book a holiday

Travelling abroad may be off the agenda this year, however many of our clients are planning for 2021… we are researching different types of holidays and booking them ready for life to resume back to normality in 2021.

3.       Personal Shopping

Whether it’s organising your food shopping and letting us wait in the long online queues to organise a click and collect or home delivery, or if you require us to search for a very specific  item that you haven’t got around to. We are the experts at searching and organising, which saves our clients time.

4.       Researching Insurances

Many of our new clients have been renewing their car or home insurance with the same provider for years on end. One client in particular has been with the same provider for 15 years!! We will either undertake the research to run a comparison on what you are currently paying, or work with a qualified insurance broker to advise and assist.

5.       Organising a trades-person

One thing that most do not enjoy doing, is searching for a trades-person. Whilst most trades have been limited in recent months, many of our clients have still requested quotes, calls and have booked in tradespeople to sort several jobs for when lock-down is lifted. Depending on the trade and environment, some trades have already resumed.

6.       Online Research

Here’s a list of four tasks we were asked to do, just yesterday;

-          Source very specific jacuzzi spa jets for a handmade jacuzzi made from sand

-          Source an indoor drone expert to take footage of a home

-          Find a specific blue pen that our client liked to write with, but the ink had run out

-          Upload and print a file of photos to be delivered to a client

There is no limit on the online research we will do… whether its sourcing, organising or generic information gathering – we are happy to carry out the requests… as long as it’s legal.

7.       Running Errands

Lock-down is making it difficult to run errands or help friends or family who are not living close to you. With our errand services in full swing, we have been able to fulfil requests of our clients to ensure that their family members are getting the essential items that they need.

8.       Selling Items

Many of our clients have had a big clear out and de-cluttered whilst having more time at home. With most shops closed and a lot of patience required for online selling, we will list items for sale to assist with de-cluttering. Leave the tedious jobs to us.

9.       Administration

We have been doing a list of ‘admin’ tasks to abolish our clients to do list, here’s some of the tasks we have been busy with;

-          Organsing email inboxes into folders

-          Form filing

-          Sending invoices

-          PA support to directors for Zoom meetings

If you have any type of administrative request, please give us a call and we will find a way to help you.

10.    Booking 2021 Tickets and Events

Whilst we know that 2020 is looking like a year of staying at home and creating our own fun, we do know that this situation is not going to last forever. By following other Countries, we can see that restrictions are already beginning to ease, which indicates to us that by 2021 at the latest, events will resume. Many of our clients are planning for next year.

Email or call us today if you need your to-do list abolished.
