Otium Concierge have been providing Lifestyle Concierge services to businesses for almost three years now. One of our founder clients is a Boutique Insurance Brokerage, that has a large Private Client base.

They were looking for a way to retain clients and give their Private Client division a feel of exclusivity and importance. Their data showed that times were changing and a client’s decision on renewal was often price driven, even though they boasted incredible client service and a strong history of renewing business.

With so many firms out there, prices are never far off each other when using a credible brokerage, so they decided to expand and enhance their client proposition to achieve a higher level of recurring business each year.

When they contacted Otium Concierge they explained the situation and how they needed the insurance contract renewal process to deliver added value and give their clients another reason to stay with them. We developed a Client Concierge package which they initially rolled out to their top 60 Private Clients, then upon renewal they offered complimentary access to a white labelled Concierge platform offering our Premier service to their ‘renewing’ clients. This service is then renewed each year inline with renewal dates.

We issue six-monthly MI to the Insurance firm for them to see how many requests are being raised.
